1. Nature of Service
Feel.Trading (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") is a quantitative trading tool platform operated by the Feel.Trading team, providing the following functions:
- Using AI to assist in converting conversational trading intuition into quantifiable condition combinations.
- Performing historical backtesting on trading strategies.
- Connecting to your own exchange API for simulated or live trading.
- Providing public information such as market data, news, and event calendars.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
- You must be legally permitted to engage in cryptocurrency trading in your jurisdiction. If local laws prohibit it, please cease use immediately.
- You may not register or operate an account on behalf of others (unless you have formal written authorization).
3. Account and Security
- Login is performed via Google OAuth. You are obligated to protect the security of your Google account.
- Exchange API keys are used solely for your own account operations. We strongly recommend selecting only "Trading" permissions and not selecting "Withdrawal" permissions.
- If there are any signs of unauthorized use of your account, please immediately revoke the API key at
/settingsand contact us.
4. Prohibited Conduct
When using the Service, you agree not to engage in the following:
- Reverse engineering, disassembling, or attempting to extract source code or encryption keys.
- Using automated tools to maliciously attack, flood with traffic, or bypass rate limits.
- Using this platform for market manipulation, money laundering, financing terrorism, or other illegal activities.
- Stealing or misusing others' accounts / API keys.
- Distributing viruses, malware, or phishing links.
- Impersonating Feel.Trading employees or affiliates.
5. Fees and Payments
All features are completely free during the Beta period; no fees are charged, no credit card is required, and no subscription is needed. If paid plans are introduced in the future:
- Existing users will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
- A free tier with core functionality will be maintained.
- Payment-related terms will be announced separately at that time.

This Service is not an investment advisor, does not constitute investment advice, and does not represent a recommendation to buy or sell.
- Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and may result in the loss of your entire principal.
- Backtesting is based on historical data; historical performance does not represent the future.
- AI analysis carries risks of errors and hallucinations and should not be used as the sole basis for decision-making.
- The system may experience order failures or execution prices deviating from expectations due to technical glitches, exchange API latency, or network issues.
- Please fully utilize testnets to verify strategies before placing live orders.
- The capital invested should be limited to an amount you can afford to lose entirely.
7. Disclaimer
This Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we assume no liability for the following:
- Any losses resulting from market volatility, exchange systems, network issues, or third-party service anomalies.
- Any trading losses arising from the use of this Service's suggestions or AI analysis.
- Any losses resulting from your own operational errors (e.g., incorrect stop-loss settings, mistakenly enabling withdrawal permissions).
- Any losses resulting from the leakage of API keys (including but not limited to your device being compromised).
- We do not guarantee the availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the service.
8. Intellectual Property
The code, interface design, brand, AI prompts, and other intellectual property of this Service belong to the Feel.Trading team. You retain the copyright to the content you input (conversations, strategy configurations) and grant us a license to use it for the purpose of providing the service.
9. Termination
You may delete your account and revoke your API keys at any time via /settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you seriously violate these terms; in cases of significant events, we will notify you as appropriate.
10. Changes to Terms
When there are material changes to the terms, they will be announced on this page and the date at the top will be updated. Continued use constitutes your agreement to the new version. If you do not agree, please cease use.
11. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
